Living room: New wall

I know that I’ve been writing a lot about my area. I leave out the rest of our home. The “new” wall in the living room has a cabinet on it. It’s an old dresser and a shelf, that I painted the same color and put them together to make one unit. I simply decorate it , I used everything that I already had. The dresser part holds my chalk paints , other craft stuff, blankets and wax melts. I need to take out 2 draws to repaint .

The trim still needs to be put back .We need to repair part of the top some of the drywall is coming out. The carpet still needs to be cleaned. We haven’t had a couple of warm days to do the carpet. So, I might have to do it the old fashion way and do it by hand. There are still things that have to be done. It’s deciding what needs to be done first. Most are little projects. Decluttering the house is on my list of things to do.

Thanks for stopping by

Til next time.

  1. I like how you put the shelf and dresser together. Pretty creative. Fits the new wall nicely 🙂 Sounds like you have a to do list a mile long…but you won’t get bored staying at home!

  2. Thank you!! Actually , my list is about two miles long.I need to just do one area and get it done . I tend to go from room to room and not finish anything in said room.
